Welcome to Aaloka AI (the "Service"), a data visualization and mapping platform with maps powered by Latlong. By accessing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").

The Service lets you upload datasets (for example CSV/XLS/XLSX), prepare them for analysis, and create interactive maps and data visualizations. The mapping experience focuses on Indian geographies (states, districts, and other administrative regions) and uses Latlong services for basemaps and location rendering.

The Service integrates third-party mapping services to render basemaps and location layers. Attributions for those services are provided where required.

We take data privacy seriously. We collect, use, and store personal data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may impose usage limits to ensure fair use and service stability. File uploads are limited in size (for example, up to 50MB per file) and may be restricted by format and region type. In case of suspicious sign-ups or abuse of the Service, we reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts without prior notice.

Visualizations are generated from data you provide and from third-party mapping services. While we aim to provide accurate results, we do not guarantee that all maps, analytics, or outputs will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of our Service, your violation of these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of our Service after any such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.

We may terminate your access to our Service at any time for any reason, without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our Service and delete all copies of our Service and its contents in your possession.
